We are growing so quickly and are so picky in hiring that we work on recruiting year-round. We review applications on a case-by-case basis and try to move each applicant through our evaluation process as quickly as possible.
As mentioned in other sections of this recruiting site, we consider what each person has to offer in terms of raw skills and abilities (and experience where relevant), so you should make sure your application helps us understand who you are and what you want to be doing. We have created positions for the right people in the past and will continue to do so.
We get the biggest wave of applications in the spring and summer from graduating seniors. In order to deal with the influx, we handle the applicants in waves, with a month usually being a standard cycle. Once you send in a complete application, we will try to contact you to confirm our receipt and discuss the next steps in the process within 7-10 business days.
If you don't send us a complete application, don't expect a formal reply. If you aren't interested in working for us enough to make a real effort in the application process, chances are you will not be a good fit for us. After all, it wouldn't be fair to all of the extraordinary people who do work here and make the extra effort every day.
Please be sure to notify us in your introduction letter or application materials of special scheduling constraints. For instance, if you live out of town and are going to be in Boston, we might be able to accommodate you for an interview at a particular time or date. Or, if you already have job offers and have to respond by a certain date, we might be able to move you up in the priority queue and expedite the review of your application.
We genuinely appreciate your interest in our company and hope that you have found this site enjoyable and informative. We look forward to receiving your application!
